1 in Custody After Reported Shooting at Hialeah Apartment Complex

At least one person was taken into custody after police responded to a reported shooting at an apartment complex in Hialeah Friday morning.

Hialeah Police Department officers arrived at the scene, located near W. 24th Avenue, just after 6 a.m. after multiple calls to police of shots fired and a barricaded man. 

Officers took a shirtless man into custody and placed him in the back of a patrol car. 

Officials have not released any information on the man or on any possible injuries at this time.
