No. 1 – Miami Police say that a missing Wisconsin teen may be in the area. A tweet early Tuesday morning said 13-year-old Jayme Closs may have been seen yesterday in the city after both her parents were found dead inside their home thousands of miles away.

No. 2 – More than 100 firefighters knock down a fire at Delicias de España bakery on Bird Road and 57th Avenue. The bakery is a total loss and one firefighter was injured. An antique shop next door escaped fire damage and any loss. Bakery owners do plan on rebuilding.

No. 3 – Police arrested a man in connection with a violent hit and run in Brownsville. Detectives charged Leon Morton after they say he hit a woman near Northwest 32nd Avenue and 47th Street late last night, then just took off. That woman remains in the hospital in critical condition.

No. 4 – A Pompano Beach mother will be back in court today to determine who should have temporary custody of her son. 23-year-old Jocelyn Melendez’s two other children were killed in a fire over the weekend while Melendez was at work.

No. 5 – Tomorrow will mark one week since Hurricane Michael made landfall in the panhandle, leaving destruction in its wake. 19 people have lost their lives because of the storm so far in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia.
