When accused Parkland school shooting suspect Nikolas Cruz was arrested, he still had five fully loaded magazines that had not been spent, NBC News reports.

It is not yet clear how many rounds were in the magazines, nor where the magazines were located at the time of Cruz’s arrest.

Cruz also attempted to shoot several rounds outside of a window, but the bullets did not penetrate the window because they were made of hurricane glass, which is similar to bulletproof glass.

Cruz faces 17 counts of premeditated murder over the Feb. 14 shooting at the Marjory Stone Douglas High School over which he is accused.
