Crazy Costumes Spotted During Fantasy Fest in Key West

Fantasy Fest 2017 came to a close as tens of thousands of costumed partygoers descended on Key West. The 10-day festival ended with a massive masquerade parade that featured dozens of floats, marching bands, and wildly (and creatively) dressed partiers. Experts say that the festival will generate about $30 million dollars in much-needed revenue several weeks after Hurricane Irma slammed the Florida Keys.
