Haiti Journal – How Haitians are Victims of Fraud

On August 28th, several Haitians were smuggled onto the shores of Palm Beach. One of them, a 14-year-old girl, was found dead on the beach. Either in their motherland or here in the United States, Haitians are victims of fraud in different aspects. We talked about this issue with Jaime Raich, deputy chief of the major crimes section for the United States Attorney’s office for the Southern District of Florida.
