ISSUES: Miami-Dade Voters Favor Libraries in New Poll

A new poll commissioned by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and funded by the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, shows that county-wide, 80 percent of Miami-Dade voters oppose cuts to the libraries. The majority want the county to find a solution to preserve library funding, with some favoring making cuts from other services without raising property taxes
