ISSUES: Uber Regulations & Frost Museum Funding

This week, the Miami-Dade County Board of Commissioners continued discussions on regulating the popular ride-sharing app Uber, in order for the company to continue operating in the county. Commissioner Rebeca Sosa urged fingerprint checks for Uber drivers, citing last week’s shooting spree in Kalamazoo, Michigan – by an Uber driver.
