ISSUES: Zika Virus in Florida

As of today, the Florida Department of Health has confirmed five travel-related cases of the mosquito-borne Zika virus in Miami-Dade County, as well as a case in Broward, bringing the total number in the state to 12. Governor Rick Scott has declared a state of emergency in 5 counties in the hopes to get ahead of this fast-spreading virus. What do you need to know and are we prepared?
