A 22-year-old man is accused of sexually battering a woman during a frat party on the campus of University of Central Florida, police said.
Alexander Garces was taken into custody Monday in connection to the incident that happened during a party last month at the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity house. Garces and another man, identified as Antonio Candido, allegedly attacked the victim, according to a police report.
Garces is charged with sexual battery and false imprisonment.
Police said the arrest of the second suspect is pending.
