Man Charged in Fatal Shooting of Miami-Dade Barbershop Owner

Police have arrested a man who they say shot and killed the owner of a Miami-Dade barbershop outside his business Tuesday afternoon.

Adrian Dorta Martinez, 46, is facing a first-degree murder charge in the killing of 35-year-old Juan Luis Martinez, according to an arrest report.

According to the report, Juan Luis Martinez, the owner of Luigi’s Clippers at 3107 Northwest 95th Street, had been involved in an ongoing feud with his neighbor, 69-year-old Enrique Martinez, who is Adrian Dorta Martinez’s father.

The feud escalated a little after 1 p.m. Tuesday, when Enrique Martinez punched Juan Luis Martinez in the face at the barbershop, the report said.
