Panthers’ Game in Boston Postponed Due to Severe Weather

The Florida Panthers will have an off night Thursday that was unscheduled – after their game in Boston was postponed due to severe winter weather impacting the area.

The NHL announced the game would not be played and will be rescheduled for a later date. The two teams are scheduled to play again in Boston on March 31st, so the league could attempt to schedule it around that time.

Florida, who had their five game winning streak snapped Tuesday night in a loss to Minnesota, are scheduled to play at Detroit on Friday, the third game in a five game road trip.

The Panthers will return home for the first time in 2018 on January 12th when they face Calgary.
