An investigation is underway after a woman was shot overnight in NW Miami-Dade.
According to NBC6, officers arrived at 1945 NW 49th Street before 5:30 a.m. to find a woman with as many as three gunshot wounds to her chest, jaw and shoulder.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue took the injured woman to the Ryder Trauma Center. No word on her condition, reported Miami Herald news partner CBS4.
Police have set up a perimeter, but no further information was available.
