Raised on Croquetas | YSF

Recently our student reporters at Christopher Columbus High School in Miami met with Chef Eileen Andrade – who has cooking in her DNA! Her grandparents were Cuban immigrants and are the founders of Islas Canarias restaurant – known for their authentic dishes and some of the best croquetas in Miami. Now as owner of Finka Table and Tap – Chef Eileen is keeping her family’s traditions alive while putting her own spin on some staples of Cuban Cuisine.
