Miami police officer Mario Figueroa is now charged with misdemeanor assault after he was caught on video kicking a handcuffed car theft suspect lying on the ground. Now, the Miami Dade State Attorney’s office has released police body cam video showing David Suazo mocking the officer for missing him and the cop replying, “If I wanted to kick you, you know, I would have kicked you right.”
