Officer Raymond Rosario, 44, was arrested on a child abuse charge in the March 19 incident, which happened at Pinecrest Cove Preparatory Academy in Miami, according to an arrest report.

The report said Rosario was called to the school after a teacher said she had been disrespected by the officer’s 14-year-old daughter. Rosario then went to the school and asked for his daughter to be brought to the main office.

The surveillance video shows the teen walk into the office as she’s slapped in the face and shoved by Rosario before he grabs her by the hair. He also hit her with a belt on her legs twice, the video shows. Rosario punched her in the face as well, according to the report.
