According to entrepreneur and author Bruce Turkel, many of those workers who were in on the “Great Resignation” and who have seemed to have disappeared from the workforce are in fact “working.” Many are working on their own terms, on their own schedules, marketing themselves. And more than a few hold non-traditional jobs.
